Network Drive is not showing up or missing (S or H Drive)
Files are out of sync between computers (For example the document saved on the laptop at home but not showing up on the office's computer.
Desktop icon is missing
VPN or Outlook keep prompting for password, even the password you entered is correct.
Updated your password recently and your laptop only accepting the old password.
Restart the computer.
At the logon screen, make sure the wifi is connected. (See IMAGE 1)
Click on the Network Sign-in icon (See IMAGE 2)
If prompted choose FSP SSTP
login using your FSP username (without FSP\ or @fspeel.org) and password.
